1 Significance of environmental protection education in kindergartens

With the development of science and technology in China, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Not only bad weather such as global warming appears, but also environmental problems such as land desertification, white pollution, sandstorm and soil erosion are increasingly plaguing our lives. Environmental education? Educating children on environmental protection from an early age can not only enhance their environmental awareness, but also let them know the importance of the environment to society, create a good environment and enrich their environmental knowledge. Through a series of activities, we can enhance their awareness of environmental protection, cultivate their environmental protection skills, attach importance to environmental protection and lay a good foundation for their growth.

2 kindergarten environmental education should avoid misunderstandings

Environmental protection is a lofty cause. As the future and hope of the motherland, children should pay attention to avoid the following misunderstandings when carrying out environmental education in kindergartens: First, it is forbidden to instill truth in children.
