People's livelihood is an important topic of previous party congresses. In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was put forward that "all people should learn to be educated, get paid for their work, get medical care for their illness, get a sense of security for their old age, and live and live". In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was put forward that "learning to be educated, earning from labor, getting medical care for the elderly and living in a place" should make new progress.

Education is preferred. We should fully implement the Party's educational policy, fulfill the fundamental task of educating people by moral education, develop quality education, promote educational equity, and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "building an educational power is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation", which is clear, specific and to the point.

2. Children receive education. Promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education, attach great importance to rural compulsory education, run pre-school education, special education and online education well, popularize high school education, and strive to make every child enjoy a fair and quality education.

Only by optimizing the allocation of educational resources within cities, between urban and rural areas and between villages can we better promote people to enjoy fair education and ensure the quality of education on the basis of fair education.

3. Learn to teach. Strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style, cultivate high-quality teachers, and advocate that the whole society respects teachers and values teaching. Education is the cause of educating people, and teachers are the first resource of education. Teachers' words and deeds and moral atmosphere directly affect students' growth. For schools, teachers should be required to have higher moral and quality standards while educating people.
