How many years does Yushu bloom?
Yushu blooms, but it needs to last at least ten years.

The flowering period is in late spring and early summer. The color of the flower is white or pale pink, and the diameter of the tubular flower is about 2 cm. Because the flowering of plants is not common, it has certain ornamental value.

In order to make Yushu blossom, it is necessary to provide it with a warm, ventilated and sunny environment, so that plants can better carry out photosynthesis and accumulate nutrients for flowering. At the same time, the soil should be changed every one to two years to avoid soil hardening.

When Yushu is cultivated, purple sand pots with good drainage and permeability should be selected as pot containers. First, spread ceramsite on the bottom of the basin as a filter layer, then sprinkle a layer of decomposed organic fertilizer with a thickness of about 1-2 cm, then cover it with a layer of nutrient soil, and finally put in plants.

cultivation techniques

When the root length of the cutting seedlings reaches 2-3 cm, the seedlings with good root growth are selected for pots. It is best to choose a purple sand basin with good drainage and permeability.

When filling a pot, first put a layer of coarse-grained matrix or ceramsite with a thickness of 2-3cm on the bottom of the pot as a filter layer, sprinkle a layer of fully decomposed organic fertilizer with a thickness of about 1-2cm on it, then cover it with a layer of nutrient soil with a thickness of about 8- 10cm, and then put it into plants, so that the fertilizer can be separated from the root system and the root system can be avoided from burning.

The culture soil used in the upper basin can be mixed with 3 parts of humus, 3 parts of clay, 3 parts of coarse sand and the mixture of plants and bone meal. After the pot is done, water it once and leave it in a slightly cool environment for a week. After complete survival, transplant to sunny places such as balconies. In the future, change pots once a year in early spring and add rich soil to improve soil fertility and air permeability.
