The media investigation found that behind some seemingly tall Olympic Mathematics training institutions in Changchun, there is a "fudge" interest chain full of "crash" teachers, "fake" champions and "water injection" recommendation forms.
Why can the Olympiad be "fooled" when special governance of off-campus training institutions is being carried out everywhere? According to the relevant person in charge of the education department of Changchun City, although the entrance examination for junior high schools has been banned, some schools even rent buses to organize candidates to take exams in different places in order to avoid territorial supervision. The media survey also found that some training institutions that have explicit or implicit cooperation with well-known middle schools do not necessarily select students through one exam, but provide a list to middle schools, and all middle schools that have long-term cooperation will generally be admitted. It can be seen that although the Ministry of Education explicitly prohibits it, in some places, parents still do not fully believe that the policy can be implemented and believe that the enrollment chain can really be cut off. In this state of mind, it is difficult for parents to have patience and reason to distinguish all kinds of commercial fraud that training institutions engage in in in order to maximize their interests.
It is forbidden to link training results with enrollment. The fundamental solution is to establish a diversified enrollment evaluation system and guide parents and society to establish a scientific and rational educational concept. However, in the face of educational chaos such as training institutions, these "radical measures" are too old-fashioned to solve the thorny problems at present.
