With the goal of cultivating high-quality skilled talents, the college has established the training concept of "students come in, experts go out", closely focused on "professional skills" and "combination of production and education" to train talents, and took the lead in running schools jointly with enterprises and institutions in the province, focusing on the needs of enterprises. Since 200 1, the college has held undergraduate and specialist education classes in Golmud Finance Bureau, Haixi Finance Cadre School, Huangnan Finance Bureau, Yushu Chengduo County Education Bureau, Haibei Prefecture Taxation Bureau, Qilian County Taxation Bureau, Menyuan County Taxation Bureau, Provincial Construction Bank and Mangya Construction Bank. Now it has established good cooperative relations with Golmud Finance Bureau, Hainan Provincial State Taxation Bureau, Qinghai Liming Chemical Co., Ltd., Huangzhong County Water Affairs Bureau, Qinghai Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, Upper Yellow River Hydropower Company and Western Mining Baihe Aluminum Company. The teaching points of the college are distributed in all counties of the province. In order to make on-the-job staff work and study correctly, teachers insist on sending teachers to teaching points, paving the way for their success. At present, more than 10,000 graduates of different majors and levels have fought on all fronts in the province.
