Guangdong Baiyun University is a private full-time undergraduate college in Guangdong Province. Enrollment in Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Anhui, Xinjiang and other 13 provinces (autonomous regions).

The school's predecessor was Guangzhou Baiyun Applied Technology School founded by Mr. Xie Ketao on 1989. Baiyun Vocational and Technical College was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 1999, and was renamed Guangdong Baiyun Vocational and Technical College in 200 1.
