Appendix 3: Engineering Specifications and Evaluation Principles

1. Specifications of the work: soft pen (written with a brush), no more than four feet; Hard pen (pen writing, primary school group can use pencil), not less than A4 paper. Participants bring their own papers, the format is customized, and the hard pen format can also be downloaded from our homepage.

2. Each contestant must fill in the entry registration card (see Annex 2) and stick it firmly on the lower right corner of the back of the entry. The instructor can only fill in 1, which is consistent at all stages of the competition. If there is any discrepancy, cancel the evaluation qualification of the instructor.

3. The works submitted in the final must be signed and sealed, and whether the preliminary and semi-finals are signed and sealed is up to each division.

Four, the writing content can be extracted from the selected article, but it must be a complete paragraph or a complete sentence or a complete sentence. There is no limit to the number of words, but a work must be created within the specified time in the live competition. The relationship between stroke shape and stroke combination can be handled according to the characteristics of books.

Five, if the content of the work can not provide a clear source, or use traditional Chinese characters, variant characters and the word "Er Jian", there are self-made words and typos, the individual qualification and organization qualification will be cancelled.
