What's the use of a master of education with a diploma and a degree certificate?
Middle schools and colleges are career editors, earning wages by professional titles. With a master's certificate, you can be promoted to a professional title. For example, a master's degree is promoted to an intermediate title in two years and an associate high school in four years. Just look at my answer about on-the-job postgraduate entrance examination. What certificate is issued has nothing to do with whether you are on the job or not. What certificate is issued depends on the admission method. You should know the general situation first, and then decide what kind of graduate students to take the exam.

There are three ways for on-the-job postgraduate entrance examination: unified examination, GCT examination and self-study examination. The following are explained separately:

1. Unified exam or January entrance exam: that is, 10 registration, the next year 10 exam. There are many majors now, and only 9 majors have half-time courses, namely MBA, MPA, MPACC, JM, MTA, MEM, finance, insurance and e-commerce. Except for these nine majors, there are no semi-full-time classes for other majors. These nine majors are suitable for on-the-job examination, among which management requires three years of undergraduate graduation (three years from September 1 day of graduate school year), and fresh and previous students of other majors can apply for the examination. Unified recruitment of candidates (January entrance examination) belongs to academic education, and double certificates (diploma plus master's certificate) are issued. Diplomas represent academic qualifications. With a graduate diploma, your education will become a graduate student. You can get a promotion and salary increase, or you can apply for a position that requires a postgraduate degree.

2.GCT test: June 25th-July 10 registration, 10 monthly test. Most majors require a bachelor's degree, which lasts for three years (until July 3 1 of the year of registration). Only candidates in electronics and communication engineering, control engineering, computer technology and other fields are not limited by the number of years, that is to say, they can apply for these majors just after obtaining a bachelor's degree (those with a bachelor's degree less than three years at the time of registration are not allowed to apply for a master's degree within two years after completing all postgraduate courses). GCT graduate students will issue certificates (only master's certificates, not graduation certificates), and master's certificates will be issued by the universities they attend. GCT graduate students have 17 major, and all of them attend classes half-time.

3. Self-study (that is, Shen Shuo with the same academic level): There is no length of service limit, and there is no need to take an exam when entering school. I voluntarily pay to attend the postgraduate entrance examination class of a school. When all the courses in the school have passed, the school can only issue graduation certificates. When you have three certificates (graduate certificate, undergraduate diploma, bachelor's certificate) complete, and the bachelor's certificate has been completed for three years, you will reach the same academic ability as a graduate student. Then I applied for Shenshuo, and after being examined and approved by the Ministry of Education, I was eligible to take the equivalent Shenshuo examination organized by the state in May each year, that is, the national examination, which was proposed by the State Council and awarded a master's degree certificate by the the State Council Academic Degree Office. There are various kinds of seminars in universities, such as full-time, part-time, weekend classes and correspondence classes.

GCT and self-taught graduate students are non-academic education and have no diplomas. After reading these two kinds of graduate students, your degree is still the original undergraduate course, and you can't apply for the post that requires graduate education, but this master's certificate is useful in promotion and professional title promotion. The only way to get a double certificate is to take the unified exam (January joint exam). If you have studied GCT graduate students or self-taught graduate students and want to get a graduate diploma, you have to take the unified postgraduate examination in January again, and then study for graduate students from the beginning after being admitted and get a graduate diploma. Unified examination, GCT examination and self-taught examination are three different systems, and credits cannot compete with each other, so they must be re-tested and read from the beginning.

If you are not satisfied with your present job, it is necessary to get a double certificate. A good employer should hire a student with a double certificate. If you are working well now, you can take the GCT or take the postgraduate exam yourself. Anyway, this master's certificate is treated as a graduate student when you are promoted to a professional title. GCT graduate students and self-taught graduate students don't transfer their households, files and assignments (the school doesn't recommend jobs after finishing graduate studies), which is of little significance for finding a good job. The unified examination is the most difficult, followed by the self-taught examination, and the best is GCT graduate students.

What is full-time? Full-time and full-time are two different concepts Don't confuse them. Don't simply mistake full-time study for full-time. It should be based on the explanation of the personnel bureau: "the graduate students admitted in 1 month are full-time graduate students, and the college students admitted in June are full-time college students." This is the standard answer of personnel bureau. The personnel bureau represents the government, and the government has the final say. No matter whether you are a master or a special student, as long as you take the postgraduate entrance examination in January, no matter what kind of classes you take, such as full-time, part-time and weekend classes, you will be given a double certificate, which is called full-time postgraduate. Full-time does not mean full-time. Full-time is synonymous with students in the unified examination (January joint examination), and graduate students with double certificates are called full-time graduate students. Except for the January full-time study, other studies (documents) are not full-time even if they attend classes full-time. By the same token, only college students admitted to the unified examination in June can issue general higher education diplomas, that is, full-time diplomas recognized by the Personnel Bureau. For college students who have passed the examination and participated in the self-taught examination, graduation certificates for adult higher education and self-taught higher education will be issued respectively. Self-taught and self-taught college students are not full-time even if they attend full-time classes. Full-time is synonymous with the unified recruitment of candidates. Writing the university diploma of ordinary higher education on your head (the top line of diploma) is called full-time diploma. Full-time is a very fashionable word, so we must understand its connotation. At present, the full-time mentioned in the examination of civil servants, career establishment and unit recruitment shall be subject to the answer of the Personnel Bureau.
