In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Provincial Bureau and Yichang Municipal Bureau, closely around the propaganda theme of "taxation, development and people's livelihood", combined with the actual situation of our bureau, we made careful arrangements and innovative thinking, combined with current major hot issues, and made full use of news media, networks, tax education bases and other platforms, combining prescribed actions with optional actions, combining depth and breadth, constantly expanding publicity channels, innovating publicity methods, enriching publicity content, and highlighting publicity effectiveness and solidity.
First, strengthen leadership, elaborate organization, and form a joint force of tax publicity.
In order to strengthen the organization, leadership and coordination of tax publicity month activities, and ensure the smooth progress of the publicity activities, our bureau established the 22nd leading group of tax publicity month activities, and formulated the implementation plan of tax publicity month activities. All relevant units clearly divided their work and made careful arrangements to form a joint force to ensure the implementation of various projects and personnel of tax publicity month activities. The leading group held several meetings during the tax publicity month to study and deploy the tax publicity month activities, supervise and inspect the implementation of the tax publicity month activities, and promote the in-depth development of the tax publicity month activities. At the same time, our bureau actively strives for the support of the government and relevant departments, laying the foundation for extensive and in-depth tax publicity activities.

This year, according to the overall arrangement of the provincial bureau and Yichang Municipal Bureau, the bureau has carried out a variety of tax publicity activities around the theme of tax publicity and combined with the achievements of tax publicity over the years, highlighting key points and innovating forms.
(a) conscientiously do a good job in the publicity projects stipulated by the higher authorities. First, run the "tax impression" photo story creation contest. Documentary pictures, pictures and essays are combined to form three works, namely, Grasping Youth and Expressing Magnificent Life, Pairing to Help Tongxin Village and Scanning the Work of Increasing Camp, which are submitted to Yichang Municipal Bureau for selection. Two, actively do a good job in the collection of "I see Hubei national tax for ten years" and the creation of the sketch contest of the tax service hall. At present, the first draft of the sketch script has been completed.
(2) Strengthen tax publicity through various platforms. First, make full use of the electronic display screen of the Tax Service Office, and regularly scroll through various tax policies, especially the publicity of tax policies related to "camp reform". The second is to strengthen the publicity of tax policy by using the media such as the national tax extranet and the government information disclosure net. The third is to send relevant policy information to taxpayers through enterprise QQ service group and SMS platform. Fourth, in conjunction with the local tax and public security departments, we set up a tax law consultation point in the Cultural Square, conducted tax law consultation, answered public questions, and distributed more than 100 publicity materials on site.
(three) actively carry out tax law into schools, towns, enterprises and other activities. First, I walked into Dongqun Primary School, the tax publicity and education base of our bureau, and carried out tax law publicity. Set up a lecture hall on tax law knowledge and give lectures on the popularization of tax law knowledge for all teachers and students. Second, in combination with the ongoing work of "changing the style of work and serving the grassroots" in various places, organize national tax cadres to go deep into townships and communities to publicize the party's policies of benefiting the people and taxation, and carry out tax consultation and tax service activities. The third is to organize the activities of "Top 100 Taxpayers". Bureau leaders took the lead to enterprises to carry out research, send policies, send laws, solicit opinions, face-to-face and in-depth services, and awarded licenses to A-level taxpayers with tax credit in the province. In addition to publicizing the latest policies, the administrator also sent the opinions of Hubei Provincial State Taxation Bureau on optimizing the environment and promoting the construction of "Five Hubei" to taxpayers, and vigorously publicized the new measures taken by the national taxation department to optimize the development environment and serve the development of enterprises.
(four) take the taxpayer school as the carrier, and actively carry out business training. During the tax publicity month, our bureau organized 20xx annual corporate income tax settlement and payment training for the financial leaders of more than 30 enterprises in the city/Kloc-0, focusing on the adjustment of the differences between the corporate income tax law and the accounting system, the operation and installation of the annual declaration system, the caliber of tax declaration, the relevant policies for settlement and payment, and the required materials, which improved the professional quality of taxpayers and provided a strong guarantee for further improving the accuracy of taxpayer declaration and promoting the smooth settlement and payment.
(5) Holding a taxpayer forum to listen to the opinions of taxpayers. During the tax publicity month, our bureau held a taxpayer forum attended by some enterprises to understand the production and operation of enterprises and the difficulties they are facing at present, solicit opinions from enterprises, publicize tax policies, and make suggestions for the development of enterprises. Through mutual exchange and communication, on the one hand, both tax and enterprise embody the concept of optimizing the development environment and serving taxpayers, on the other hand, they improve taxpayers' tax compliance. Through discussion, both tax and enterprise have established a mutual collection relationship, achieving a win-win effect for both tax and enterprise.
(six) actively promote the "free form" tax service. In order to effectively optimize the tax service, reduce the burden on taxpayers, further improve the efficiency of tax service, and achieve the goal of providing convenient, efficient and high-quality services for taxpayers, on the basis of implementing the "free form filling" service in the existing business, according to the actual situation of tax collection and management and the characteristics and needs of different taxpayers, the scope of the "free form filling" service for taxpayers to handle tax-related matters is further expanded, and taxpayers who come to pay taxes are publicized through the tax service office. Through the implementation of this service model, taxpayers are won.
Three, the combination of point and surface, various forms, tax publicity effect is remarkable.
This year, the tax publicity work of our bureau mainly embodies the following characteristics: First, there are various forms of activities. Not only arranged regular publicity and consultation activities, but also opened up a three-dimensional publicity space, combining point and surface, with various forms.
