(1) This standard is the basic requirement of school management and is applicable to all compulsory education schools in China. Education administrative departments at all levels and teacher training institutions should take this standard as an important part of the training of principals and teachers, and carry out targeted training in combination with local conditions, so that principals and teachers can fully understand the basic requirements, master the spiritual essence and guide specific work.
