There are many primary school students in Yuanyang county, and primary school is the stage of artistic enlightenment. Aesthetic education is particularly important for the development of local teenagers' comprehensive quality. However, due to the lack of sufficient educational resources, local aesthetic education, especially music education, is still facing challenges. In view of the lack of full-time music teachers in some schools when music education was carried out in Yuanyang County, Mihayou Company and China Youth Foundation jointly launched "Happy Music Classroom". The project aims to help Yuanyang County establish a perfect and normal music education model and improve the music literacy of local teenagers by donating "Happy Music Classroom", conducting long-term teacher training activities and subsidizing campus activities.

They grew up in this hot land echoing "Dong Song" from a distance, and were nurtured and educated by intangible cultural heritage since childhood. According to the old people in the village, "Ga Lao" (Dong language, meaning Dong Da Ge) has been singing here for more than 2,500 years.

After the first phase of the project, a new comprehensive building was donated to Tongzi Primary School in Puer Town, Yanjin County, Yunnan Province, and the second phase of the project donated living facilities to Bazha Township Central School in Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province.
