Negotiate with the school
If the school refuses to refund the tuition, we can try to negotiate with the school to see if we can reach a consensus to terminate the agreement.

If negotiation fails, you can complain to the education bureau in charge of education and seek support from your superiors.

If the complaint still can't solve the problem, we can file a lawsuit directly and safeguard our rights and interests through legal means.

According to Article 54 of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, when a series of violations occur, the school has the right to expel students from school. These violations include but are not limited to: violation of the Constitution, violation of national laws, serious violation of public security regulations, cheating, plagiarism, serious impact on school order, and infringement on the rights and interests of others.
