With the continuous development of quality education, strengthening the comprehensive ability training of primary schools has become an important basis for promoting the growth of primary school students. China attaches great importance to science education in primary schools, and organizations at all levels have fully felt the significance of science education in promoting national prosperity. However, influenced by traditional education, there are still many problems and disadvantages in science education in primary schools in China. In order to better promote the development of science education in primary schools, and then improve the requirements and progress of quality education in China, this paper makes a reasonable analysis of the current situation of science education in primary schools based on the characteristics of primary school teaching, and puts forward relevant countermeasures, hoping to contribute to the development of education in China.

Science education in primary schools, as a key subject teaching in primary schools, has a positive impact on dispersing students' thinking ability and cultivating students' interest in learning. Primary school science guides primary school students' thinking by imparting basic scientific knowledge, cultivates students' positive attitude towards life and learning by using scientific thinking and methods, and establishes scientific learning concepts for students, thus improving students' enthusiasm and interest in science. Primary school science curriculum plays a very important role in the primary school curriculum system, especially for students to establish scientific concepts and stimulate innovative thinking. However, in many primary school teaching processes, primary school science education is often regarded as an auxiliary "minor course", which has not received enough attention and seriously weakened the importance of science education; This paper analyzes the problems existing in primary school science education and puts forward positive solutions, hoping to improve the status of primary school science education in primary school education.

Problems and disadvantages in science education in primary schools

Primary school science education, as an important part of primary school basic subjects, should be paid attention to by teaching and guide students to improve their scientific concepts and consciousness in a positive and interesting way; With the development of quality education, strengthening the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and improving students' innovative consciousness and scientific ability are conducive to the all-round development of students and meet the needs of the times for the cultivation of comprehensive talents. In order to better strengthen science education in primary schools, we should actively understand the problems existing in current science education in primary schools, so as to make a reasonable analysis and better promote the development of science education.

(A) the scientific literacy of teachers is not high

Compared with foreign countries, science education in primary schools in China is far behind. In particular, the obvious shortage of teachers and relatively backward teaching equipment have led to the unsatisfactory development of science education in primary schools in China. Compared with foreign countries, China's primary school science education lags behind, which brings great obstacles to primary school science education. Therefore, in view of this phenomenon, many schools let many liberal arts teachers take part-time science education in order to carry out science education. These teachers often have not received systematic training, and their knowledge reserves are not rich and their professional quality is not high. In the teaching process, they often read aloud according to the contents of textbooks, lacking systematic explanation of knowledge, failing to describe the principles of some professional knowledge, especially many scientific details systematically, profoundly and completely, and unable to teach students in easy-to-understand language due to the limitation of majors, which leads many students to have many doubts and ambiguities about related knowledge. At the same time, many students, influenced by the difficulty of science test, have great negative feelings about science education courses and lack interest in learning, which is not conducive to the smooth development of teaching work.

(B) insufficient understanding of science education

Modern teaching mode is greatly influenced by traditional ideas, especially under the influence of exam-oriented education, schools and parents pay insufficient attention to science teaching courses and focus on cultural courses. The idea that high marks are king and the most important grades have seriously affected the development of science education, which has led to the school not putting science education in the right position and paying attention to its education. With the continuous reform of quality education, science education has been paid more and more attention by society, schools and parents, and the importance of science education has gradually become prominent. However, in the actual education work, the development of science education only pays attention to the explanation of the key points of the exam, and the syllabus also clearly stipulates that students only need to master the key points in books, lacking contact with real life, which makes students lack interest and passion in the whole course, leading to the boring teaching atmosphere of the whole course, which can not stimulate students' thinking enthusiasm and make the learning efficiency of the whole teaching process low. Therefore, in view of such problems, teachers must change their teaching concepts and strengthen their practical work.

(C) Science education facilities are not perfect

Science teaching needs strong practicality, so it needs practicality and operability to a great extent. The whole learning process is closely related to people's lives. Scientific principles can not only rely on the teaching of classroom knowledge, but also rely on scientific equipment, so that students can constantly master knowledge points and explore knowledge in the process of doing it themselves. Only by letting students personally contact with the relevant practice process can we help students establish a correct concept of the subject and truly master the subject knowledge. However, for many primary schools in China, there are many restrictions on experimental equipment, especially some large experimental instruments, and even many primary schools do not have special laboratories. Such an embarrassing teaching environment leads to classroom teaching completely relying on textbook knowledge, which can not effectively improve students' practical ability and thinking ability, and the whole teaching process can not achieve good teaching results.

Problem-solving strategies in science education and teaching in the second primary school

Improve primary school's understanding of science education

Schools and education departments have insufficient understanding and attention to the importance of science education in primary schools. Moreover, China's primary school science education started late, obviously lagged behind, and the development speed was relatively slow. Such a series of objective factors have caused many obstacles and restrictions in science education in primary schools in China. Therefore, to actively promote the development of science education in primary schools, we must change our ideas, re-examine science education in primary schools, fully implement the requirements of new curriculum reform, and strictly improve the practicality and importance of science teaching. At the same time, according to the characteristics of different regions, we should innovate and change the teaching mode of primary school science education, take effective measures to create a good classroom atmosphere for students, stimulate students' interest in learning, encourage them to divergent thinking, take the initiative to think, cultivate their hands-on ability and brain ability, and ensure the teaching quality; In the teaching process, we should combine classroom knowledge with real life, encourage students to practice and innovate actively, and ensure that primary school science education really plays its role.

(B) training a team of teachers with professional scientific literacy

In order to promote the progress of science education in primary schools, it is urgent for us to train teachers with professional quality and fundamentally solve teaching problems; In view of the present situation of science education in primary schools in China, we should strengthen the cultivation of teachers' quality, ensure their professional quality and improve their professional level, so as to improve the overall teaching efficiency and quality; At present, many primary school teachers lack professional scientific quality and knowledge. Although they have a certain understanding of scientific knowledge, most of them are simple studies to cope with the teaching process. Comprehensive quality knowledge stays on the surface of books and lacks practical ability. Therefore, in the future training process, we should pay special attention to the cultivation of teachers' teaching practicality and effectiveness, provide teachers with learning opportunities, encourage teachers to communicate on public platforms, improve teachers' comprehensive ability in science education, strengthen scientific teaching resources and promote the progress of the whole teaching quality and efficiency. On the other hand, in order to improve students' practical ability, we should actively strengthen the input of scientific experimental equipment, effectively solve the problem of lack of experimental equipment in many primary schools in China, and thus improve the efficiency of the whole science teaching. With the continuous development of China's socialist modernization, China's comprehensive teaching has achieved important reform and development, especially with the promotion of new curriculum reform, strengthening primary school science education has gradually become an important work content of quality education; Due to the late process of attaching importance to science education in China, there are many problems in teachers, teaching resources and educational methods. In order to better promote the development of science education, actively implement the teaching requirements of new curriculum standards and lay a solid foundation for education development, it is necessary to strengthen science education in primary schools; Based on the actual situation of teaching, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures, hoping to provide some reference for relevant workers and really promote the development of science education in primary schools in China.
