Graduation practice includes preparation before practice (probation), classroom teaching, work of class teacher and education investigation. Every intern must complete these four aspects.

Listen to the teacher in the original class, participate in tutoring students and understand their learning situation.

3. Observe and be familiar with the work of the class teacher.

Observe how former class teachers or other class teachers carry out ideological and political education and organize class activities. Before observation, we should carefully study the purpose, tasks and methods of related activities, and conduct in-depth analysis and discussion after observation to learn from experience.

Second, classroom teaching practice

Classroom teaching practice is the central link of graduation practice, which aims to make interns master the basic requirements of all aspects of teaching. Every intern should undertake a certain number of classroom teaching tasks, do a good job in all teaching links and ensure the quality of teaching.

Every intern should practice all aspects of the teacher's teaching (preparing lessons, teaching, correcting homework, counseling, assessment, etc.). ), writing teaching documents, exploring or participating in teaching reform, and participating in teaching and research activities such as attending lectures and evaluating classes. Each intern must complete at least 6 lectures (observing the teaching records of the teachers in the internship school) and at least 6 teaching plans, and the teaching hours are generally not less than 10. Before the formal class, interns should preview, please guide the teacher; If the preview can't meet the requirements of the teacher, you can't attend the class formally.

(1) preparing lessons:

1. Interns should study the teaching materials carefully, study modestly and prepare lessons carefully under the guidance of the instructor.

2. The general steps for interns to prepare lessons:

(1) We should study the syllabus and teaching materials carefully, master the spiritual essence of the teaching materials, and be prepared to write teaching plans.

(2) Deeply understand the students' learning situation, determine the teaching purpose, and make clear the key points, difficulties, time allocation and homework according to the students' reality.

(3) Write the first draft of the lesson plan. The lesson plan shall specify the date of class, class hours, topics, basic contents, teaching purposes, teaching links, teaching methods and teaching AIDS (including the use of audio-visual teaching means). The lesson plan should be written clearly and neatly and sent to the instructor for reading and approval.

(4) After writing the first draft of the lesson plan, do an inspection preview (the number depends on the preview effect). Please ask the instructor for guidance before the lecture.

(5) According to the pre-class situation and evaluation opinions, the first draft of the lesson plan is revised, and the revised lesson plan can be formally taught only after being approved by the instructor. Where the preview is unqualified, the teacher can't meet the preview requirements after trying his best to help, so the formal class can't be attended.

(2) class:

1. Interns should carefully organize classroom teaching, explain according to lesson plans, pay attention to heuristic teaching and the application of consolidation principles, and impart knowledge points and knowledge aspects in lesson plans to students so that students can master what they have learned. Classroom questioning should give students time to think and answer questions, evaluate the pertinence of students' answers, point out right and wrong, and work hard.

2. Use Putonghua in class, pay attention to the conciseness, vividness, clearness and understandability of the language, and reduce language disorders. Pay attention to appearance in class, be calm, generous and calm, and help yourself to speak with proper posture and gestures. The blackboard writing should be clear and the layout should be appropriate. We should actively use modern teaching methods to assist teaching, demonstrate teaching AIDS and accurately standardize the operation of experiments, and pay attention to the safety of experiments.

(3) Class evaluation:

After teaching, interns should take the initiative to consult the original teacher, listen to his opinions, sum up experience, reflect on themselves, and write a record of teaching reflection, so as to teach better in the next step.

(four) correcting students' homework and counseling students:

1. Correct homework carefully and study the answers carefully. Especially for more complicated and difficult questions, we should study them repeatedly, make reference answers, send them to the instructor for approval, and then start correcting homework.

2. When correcting homework, check carefully to prevent mistakes and omissions. Be especially careful when commenting on homework. When necessary, the draft comment on writing can be sent to the instructor for review, and then written in the student's exercise book after approval. The writing on the comment should be correct and clear.

3. When correcting homework, you should register the advantages and disadvantages of homework to facilitate the evaluation of homework.

4. Interns should go to the students to learn about the problems in their study and give guidance according to the actual situation. For example, using group counseling to correct common mistakes and answer common problems; Correcting homework face to face, answering difficult questions, patiently helping students with learning difficulties to correct their learning attitude, improve their learning methods, overcome difficulties and make progress. (5) Scientific research activities:

1. During the internship, interns should actively carry out teaching reform, strive to explore and practice new curriculum standards, reform classroom structure and improve teaching methods; Under the guidance of the instructor, strive to do a good job in open classes or seminars.

2. Interns must participate in the teaching and research activities and business study of the internship school.

Third, the work practice of the class teacher

The purpose of head teacher's practice is to enable interns to master the content, characteristics and methods of head teacher's work, learn to educate students on political, ideological and moral quality and resist wrong ideas, improve students' learning enthusiasm and strive to achieve all-round development. The work practice of the class teacher should do all the work well under the guidance of the original class teacher.

1. Every intern should perform his duties according to the schedule of the internship school. According to the original work plan of the head teacher and the specific situation of the class, do the daily work of the head teacher well.

2. Regular class management. Interns should assist the former class teacher to carry out collective education according to the specific situation of the class, and each intern should organize at least two class activities independently.

3. Education of individual students. Every intern should have an in-depth understanding of students' learning situation, ideological trends, behavior habits and so on. (home visits when necessary) for education and guidance.

1. Seriously learn from the original class teacher, and make clear the specific content and purpose requirements of the class teacher's work.

2. Know all the students in the class, understand the basic situation of the class from all aspects, understand the working ability of student cadres, and gradually understand the students in the class by participating in class activities and individual conversations.

3. According to the situation in the class and the requirements of the school, determine the problems to be solved, draft the internship work plan of the head teacher, and send it to the original head teacher for approval and implementation.

4. Interns should write a summary of the work of the internship class teacher. The summary of the class teacher's internship should include the implementation of the class teacher's internship plan, correctly estimate the effect and advantages and disadvantages of the work, and ask the class teacher to make comments and teachers to form written opinions when summing up.

(III) Matters needing attention in the work practice of the class teacher:

1. Every intern should record what he knows about the students and the work in the class, so as to carry out systematic analysis and research and carry out targeted work, and accumulate materials for summing up the work experience of the class teacher.

2. In order to do a good job in the individual education of students and avoid misunderstanding, interns must be completed under the guidance of the former class teacher.

3. Interns should make full preparations for the class meeting, understand and analyze the situation in the class, determine the content of the purpose requirements for the outstanding problems in the class, adhere to the principle of positive education, and pay attention to inspiration and guidance. Need to design a theme class meeting and report it to the original class teacher for approval.

4. To approve students' leave and criticize students, first ask the original class teacher.

5. During the internship, special attention should be paid to the normal order and safety precautions of the internship class to avoid accidents.

Fourth, the education survey report

During the internship, every intern should make an actual investigation on an education and teaching problem according to his own knowledge (by interviewing different people and soliciting different opinions and opinions). And summarize and analyze the survey results, find out the causes and solutions of the problems, and write an education survey report. The investigation report is serious and must be completed independently by interns. After the internship, submit an educational investigation report of more than 3000 words.
