The pilot enrollment reform of basic disciplines, also known as the strong foundation plan, is the enrollment reform work carried out by the Ministry of Education, mainly to select and train students who are interested in serving the country's major strategic needs, have excellent comprehensive quality or are top-notch in basic disciplines.
