The theme education activities to enhance members' awareness should be guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Youth League and the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 16th Central Committee, fully implement the objectives and tasks set by the 15th National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee, closely combine the reality of the Communist Youth League and youth work, take studying and practicing Theory of Three Represents as the main line, and take "always follow the party" as the theme.
