Referring to Article 3 of the Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, strengthening the construction of class teachers is an important embodiment of adhering to the principle of educating people and putting moral education first. Relevant government departments and schools should create favorable conditions for class teachers to carry out their work and guarantee their treatment and rights.
Referring to Article 14 of the Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, the workload of class teachers is included in the basic workload of teachers according to half of the workload of local teachers' standard classes. According to Article 4 of the Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, each class in primary and secondary schools should be equipped with a class teacher.
According to Article 5 of the Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, the class teacher is selected by the school from among the class teachers. The employment period is determined by the school, and the time for being a class teacher should generally be more than 1 school year.
Referring to Article 7 of the Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, on the basis of the qualification of teachers, the following conditions should be highlighted:
(a) decent style, mental health, a teacher;
