The Civil Servant Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the methods of public examination, strict inspection, equal competition and merit-based admission should be adopted in the recruitment of the first-level chief clerk and other civil servants below the equivalent rank. When recruiting civil servants in ethnic autonomous areas in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, appropriate care should be given to ethnic minority applicants in accordance with the law and relevant regulations.
The recruitment of civil servants of the central organs and their directly affiliated institutions shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of civil servants of the central state. The recruitment of civil servants in local organs at all levels shall be organized by the provincial civil servant department, and when necessary, the provincial civil servant department may authorize the municipal civil servant department to organize.
Civil servants need to meet the following conditions:
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
(2)1under 8 years old and under 35 years old (197610/0 month 15 to199410/0 month)
(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
(4) Having good conduct;
(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;
(7) Having a college degree or above;
(8) Having other qualifications required by the central competent department of civil servants.
