Thoughts on Reading Yu Yongzheng: How I Teach Chinese
Mr Yu Yongzheng has read many articles and listened to several live lectures. His humor and persuasiveness in class show his superb teaching art; The simplicity, modesty and politeness in his life show his extraordinary realm of life. He is the idol of many teachers!

Teacher Yu is a famous special-grade teacher in China, and the first famous teacher introduced to the whole country by the "Cross-century Famous Teacher Project" of the Ministry of Education. I have been engaged in Chinese teaching in primary schools since 1962. 1985 was awarded the title of "model worker" by Xuzhou Municipal People's Government in the same year. 1995 was rated as "national expert with outstanding contributions" and enjoyed special government allowance from the State Council. 65438-0999 The Ministry of Education held a seminar on Chinese teaching method in Yu Yongzheng to promote its "five-fold" teaching method (emphasizing interest, emotion, accumulation, migration and habit). 200 1 was rated as "Model Worker in Jiangsu Province". In 2002, he won the "National May 1st Labor Medal". 20 13, with the approval of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Yu Yongzheng Chinese Teaching College was established in Xuzhou.

Since 1984, Mr. Yu Yongzheng has been invited to give more than 2,000 academic lectures, hold more than 3,000 public classes, publish more than 0/00 articles, and publish Examples and Experiences of Classroom Teaching in Yu Yongzheng and Excellent Records of Chinese Teaching in Yu Yongzheng.

The book Yu Yongzheng: How I Teach Chinese was bought in the first half of this year, but I didn't have time to read it carefully. When I was sorting things out two weeks ago, I read them again, and it was hard to give them up in my hand. I have been going from home to school these days, and then from school to home. As long as I have a little leisure, I will read a few pages carefully. Although the teacher's language is plain and simple, and there are few difficult sentences, I have read several articles several times.

Teacher Yu Yongzheng advocates that "teaching Chinese is actually very simple", but we all know that the so-called "simple way" can only be achieved if we really master the laws of Chinese teaching. The same is true of teacher Yu's book style. Plain words are eloquent, but the truth is to the point and thought-provoking. Just like an experienced old man, he tells his life experiences to his younger generation one by one, hoping to give them real help.

Yu Yongzheng: How do I Teach Chinese is a book of 220,000 words, which is divided into four parts:

Reading this book gives people all-round enlightenment. There are ideological levels and methods and skills. The content also covers all aspects of Chinese teaching in primary schools. At the same time, there are some experiences to share in life, work and even writing. Because there are many contents, I present them in the form of items below.

Insisting on reading and writing is almost the common experience of all famous teachers, but they all have their own emphasis. A few years ago, I went to Suzhou to participate in national training. Listening to Teacher Zhang Xueqing, he said, "My special grades are all read, and Mr. Guan Jiangang's special teachers are written." If you want to be an influential teacher and integrate fresh content into your own education and teaching, you must insist on reading and writing.

Educators' books are all made. This is teacher Yu's refutation to some short theorists and advice to front-line teachers. "Books are made", and the first emphasis is "doing". For frontline teachers, "doing" is not a problem. They go to school every morning and finish school at night. Teachers are engaged in all kinds of education and teaching. But there will still be many teachers who feel at a loss-what to write? There seems to be nothing to write about. Want to do it at the same time, someone wrote it. On the one hand, you should be a conscientious person, pay attention to observation and collect materials. On the other hand, you should always look at your work from the perspective of research and try to work creatively. "Take the old road with old shoes" will inevitably feel speechless.

In this book, I saw many vivid education and teaching cases of Mr. Yu. Some of these cases have a history of more than 30 years, but they are still so touching to teachers. In the past 30 years, no one has such a good memory, and I think so do teachers. However, Mr. Yu Can still wrote them in his book after 30 years. I think it is because of his timely recording and reflection. Time is fleeting, but the time recorded by notes can last forever.

The words "smile" and "responsibility" show the teacher's view of students. Because children are "growing people", we should respect, understand and tolerate them more; Because children are "people who need help in the process of growing up", they should be strict, true and patient in the process of education and teaching.

Writing articles is to pour out and express. When there is a clear reader's consciousness, the question of "who to write to" will be clear and writing will be smoother. As for equal dialogue and equal communication, it is not only a matter of writing, but also the realm of being a man.

After reading the teacher's books and articles, I have a deeper understanding of the above two sentences. At the same time, it also guides my future writing practice. The language is plain and easy to understand, the thought is profound and beneficial, and the article is really beneficial to people.

In fact, not only Chinese teaching, but all teaching should be like this. However, as a humanities subject, Chinese teaching does shoulder a more important mission in caring for and shaping people.

Einstein said, "When a person forgets everything he learned in school, all that remains is quality." Teacher Yu's reflection on Chinese teaching also began here. I see. What did China people and Teacher China leave us? Only by grasping the most fundamental and essential things can our teaching be more efficient. So the teacher went on to say: Chinese teaching is not a text but a language! It is unnecessary to use textbooks to teach literacy, writing, reading (including reading aloud) and expression, stimulate interest and cultivate habits, and tedious analysis and explanation. We should keep 3500 (literacy) and 2500 (writing), and pay attention to reading and writing. In short, we should keep the essence of Chinese. I teach Chinese. First, I attach great importance to reading aloud. It is reading aloud that makes students like Chinese, and it is reading aloud that gives students an understanding and a good sense of language. Second, we attach great importance to writing. Students can't write well, which I think is a heart disease. Third, I especially like teaching composition. Students also like writing compositions.

"Failure is the mother of success." This statement does not apply to children. For children, it is more appropriate to say "success is the mother of success" It is success that gives children motivation, and it is success that inspires and maintains their continuous interest in learning. Where does the child's success come from? A large part of it comes from teachers and is inspired by them. Therefore, it is a good thing for teachers to praise and motivate children.

Mr. Lv Shuxiang said that 30% of his language ability comes from in-class and 70% from outside class. If teachers don't leave spare time for students and spend all their time doing problems, how can students have time to read and write?

Many years ago, Mr. Ye Shengtao put forward the idea of "Six Emancipations" for children: First, emancipate the mind so that he can think; The second is to liberate his hands and make him capable; The third is to liberate his eyes so that he can see; The fourth is to free his mouth so that he can speak; The fifth is to liberate his space and let him gain rich knowledge in the natural society; Sixth, spare his time, don't fill up his homework list, give him some free time to digest what he has learned, learn something he is eager to learn and do something he is willing to do. Today, it is still the direction of our efforts.

Teacher Yu's interpretation of the word "Xiaoyu" can be said to grasp the essence of Chinese teaching in primary schools. He also said: to teach children to learn Chinese, we should teach them by hand and teach them on the spot. He opposes some people's strange interpretations of Chinese teaching in primary schools at present. Alert us not to use such mysterious and empty words as "speculation", "wisdom" and "poeticization" to describe Chinese education in primary schools.

Young teachers who just go to work are often satisfied with "having taught". I often meet some young teachers who are relieved after seeing the final paper, and say from time to time, "This content was only said yesterday, and that content was only said this morning", but many students made mistakes after marking the paper. "Teaching correctly" not only means that there are no mistakes in knowledge, but also emphasizes teaching what is most needed and worth teaching in the choice of teaching content, such as not only paying attention to the understanding of content, but also paying attention to the use of language and characters. "Teaching" is the ultimate goal. In fact, the focus of these three words is the word "will". "Teaching is to avoid teaching" and "meeting" is the fundamental goal.

Two days ago, I saw Han Xinge's "Let Students Walk on the Fast Track of Reading" and gained a deeper understanding. Chinese teaching must guide students to read and write more. Chinese ability is formed in a lot of reading and writing practice, not by teachers.

It's not a rule to pull out the seedlings and encourage them! However, in our current Chinese teaching, how many people are doing this thing? When our Chinese classroom analysis is becoming more and more complicated, the text interpretation is becoming more and more novel, and the classroom pattern is constantly being renovated, Yu's "regularity" is indeed a good reminder.

Every book and article shows readers a brand-new world, which makes them open their eyes, learn more and be edified. The less clever children are, the more they should open windows to the world around them-one of which is books.

It's like a camera. Children with mental retardation are like negative films, with low sensitivity. They need more light to present gorgeous images. Books are light!

Look at the teacher's "prescription" for parents of children with poor language sense: from today on, your child must complete an assignment-reading extracurricular books. You should buy more good books for your children, such as famous fairy tales at home and abroad, classics rewritten for teenagers and so on. In short, there must be a certain plot that can arouse children's interest in reading. Read aloud, not silently. Keep reading for half an hour every day. If you are tired, you can keep your voice down. When you find a child reading fluently-especially reading articles he has never read-it tells you that his Chinese level has improved. At first, before he loses interest, he can be forced to read for a shorter time, such as ten or twenty minutes.

The teacher's "cooperation" function is not only reflected in inspiration and encouragement, but also in patience and goodwill. Patience and kindness are especially important.

In China's view, any language barrier-even if it is just a misnomer-should be corrected. This is the responsibility of our Chinese teacher.

Interpretation is analysis and reading is synthesis. Reading aloud makes children feel the beauty of words more directly!

This is the essence! Need everyone to remember.

Many of our children are frightened by the meaning. People's nature is "curiosity". If students can be guided to feel "interesting" first in teaching, they will have the desire and motivation to learn, and the learning process will be more interesting!

There is a clear sequence of tower building, and the foundation must be laid first before the tower can be built step by step. Sand accumulation is "disorderly", and the accumulation of quantity counts. Learning science is like building a tower, which must be done step by step; Learning liberal arts is like gathering sand into a tower. With more accumulation, the tool of language will be mastered, and speaking and writing will become more and more handy.

Learning while learning is not reviewing, but practicing and applying. It is really a pleasure to use and apply the knowledge and skills you have learned.

That's what Mr. Yu meant by "responsible" earlier. A responsible teacher needs such a strong spirit. How easy is it to break a bad habit? Must be forced to practice for a period of time, in order to maintain inertia and become the norm.

This is really a good idea!

If you have attended Mr. Yu Yongzheng's class, you will have a deeper understanding of his "smile teaching". Although Mr. Yu is over 70 years old, he still smiles as brightly as a beautiful sunset.

Teacher Yu attaches great importance to reading teaching and has a clear sense of purpose and execution.

I listened to 13 Chinese class last week, and I had the most reading problems in class. First, there is little reading time, some teachers are unwilling to spend time and energy on reading, and a lot of classroom time is occupied by analysis and explanation; Second, I can't hear the students' reading problems. In some classes, children drag on reading, reading has no rhythm and pause, but teachers can't find it, so it is difficult to correct and guide it. Third, the level of module reading is not high. Although some teachers realize the importance of reading aloud and analyze the emotions in sentences, it is difficult to guide students to read aloud, and there are some problems such as being afraid to model reading or having a low level of model reading, which has not played a demonstration role.

Reading aloud is really an art, and a teacher who can read aloud must be a teacher with a particularly good sense of language. Such a teacher is naturally handy in teaching students. Recently, our school asked young teachers to establish a "reading group" and share a poem and other works they read in the group every day, just to improve the reading level of young teachers quickly.

We usually talk about "teaching Chinese in a down-to-earth way", and the teacher gave us a good demonstration.

Seeing this paragraph reminds me of running a colorful composition class magazine with my children in class a few years ago. I often write a few paragraphs on it to praise students' compositions. The children feel it is a special honor to receive the "adoption notice" of the composition. The writing enthusiasm of the children in the class is unprecedented, and the articles written are particularly interesting. Some time ago, I accidentally turned out the children's compositions, which still made people look at them with relish.

Composition proposition is really a science. In order to make a good topic, teachers should constantly strengthen their study, make their thinking flexible and make their language vivid. We should try our best to see the world with children's eyes, effectively integrate into children's lives, and guide children to discover the "ubiquitous" beauty in life.
