First, fully understand the importance of preventing duty crimes. History and reality tell us that if we do not resolutely oppose corruption, effectively prevent corruption and let it develop, it will inevitably lead to social unrest, even national division and regime change. Second, strengthen learning and increase the ability to prevent duty crimes. From listening to the confession reports of three prisoners, I realized that they can't be new comrades who have just joined the work, nor can they be old comrades who are about to retire and lose their moral integrity. Third, strengthen self-cultivation and consciously resist duty crimes. Fourth, do a good job and take the initiative to accept supervision. In daily work, in addition to strengthening self-cultivation, the most important thing is to be clean, and the work should not be done in vain. There must be principles in front of power, a clear distinction between public and private affairs in front of finance, and a bottom line in handling feelings and laws. At the same time, we should take the initiative to accept the opinions of superiors, colleagues and the masses, seriously reflect on rectification, and constantly improve, innovate and forge ahead in our work. Supervision is sometimes a care, and unsupervised power will inevitably lead to corruption. As leading cadres, only by accepting supervision, always putting themselves under the supervision of organizations and the masses, taking the lead in implementing democratic centralism and strictly following the system can they finally stand the test of time and history.

In the fields of roads and bridges, affordable housing construction, etc., the rebate is 3%-5% of the project amount to the leaders in charge, and some are even higher.
