The first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination is organized and implemented by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Examination Center, and the examination system with unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization is implemented throughout the country. The first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination is scheduled to be held in the fourth quarter of each year.
According to the Interim Provisions on the System of Registered Fire Engineers, the expert committee for the qualification examination of registered fire engineers organized by the Ministry of Public Security put forward the qualification examination standard for first-class registered fire engineers, and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Public Security jointly determined the qualification examination standard for first-class registered fire engineers.
The administrative departments of human resources and social security of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, jointly with the fire control institutions of public security organs, study and determine the qualified standards for the qualification examination of second-class registered fire engineers in the region.
Those who pass the first-class registered fire engineer examination can obtain the first-class registered fire engineer qualification certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) jointly printed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Public Security, which is valid nationwide.
