Huaian Foreign Language School is a modern private boarding school and the first school of Yu Xiang Education Group. Wang Yufen, chairman of Yu Xiang Education Group, is also the chairman of Huai 'an Foreign Language School. Lu Zhiwen, a famous national education expert and president of Yu Xiang Education Group, is the first president of Huai 'an Foreign Language School, and Zhu Jianwen, vice president of Yu Xiang Education Group, is also the president of Huai 'an Foreign Language School.
The school laid the foundation stone on 1 March, 19991August, and started school on1September of the same year. Huaian Foreign Language School, as a private school, implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors.
