In this spring season, through this study, the "Notice on Strengthening Vehicle Safety Management" issued by the General Staff is aimed at the special rectification education of drivers and the training of four types of personnel by the group army. Since I became a soldier and became a qualified driver and public servant, I have carried out self-examination and correction from five aspects: personal thought, style, discipline, management and technology according to the driver's rectification education and training for four types of personnel. 1, check your mind. Ideologically, there is a phenomenon of ideological instability, and my thoughts are not reliable enough. I feel very lucky. As a soldier, military vehicle driver and chief driver, I relaxed my mind a little, cheated the leaders, was lax about personal military discipline and had a weak sense of laws and regulations. When driving, I feel that I am driving a military vehicle. Can drive fast, run red lights, ignore traffic regulations, get out of the car in time, get out of the car without permission, and the service is not enough. I don't have a deep understanding of the vivid examples of the driving industry and the seriousness of safety hazards. 2. Check the style. In terms of work style, my personal style is not tense enough, I don't adhere to the one-day life system well, and I don't get up on time the next day, which directly affects my work the next day. My military tolerance is poor and I don't dress as required. As soldiers and military vehicle drivers, there are phenomena of driving fast, driving overlord cars and driving angry cars. Although there is no situation, it directly affects the image and personal quality of soldiers. 3. Check the discipline. On the issue of discipline, personal discipline is not strict enough. As a veteran, he cannot be strict with himself. He takes the discipline of the army seriously, sometimes he doesn't take part in group activities, do morning exercises and go out privately, which strictly violates the discipline of the army. Running through traffic lights, driving too fast, reversing, violating traffic laws.

Weak consciousness. 4. Check management. In terms of management, they sometimes ignore the management of the army, don't listen to the leaders of the team, don't attend education in time, don't pay attention to it ideologically, sometimes don't attend education on the grounds of driving, don't pay enough attention to the management of the army and various rules and regulations, take chances, and regard the management of the army and fleet as a task. 5. Inspection technology. Technically, it can't be said to be good, but it can also be said to be good. Before joining the army, I participated in driving training in the local area, drove for two years, studied automobile structure and automobile repair, and went to the army for further study. But this careless thinking is indispensable, and there are many places where I can study further. Sometimes you don't pay attention to the small problems of the vehicle when driving, and you lack personal sense of urgency. Corrective measures; After this special education rectification, four kinds of personnel training, investigation of their own hidden dangers, problems found in five aspects: ideology, style, discipline, management and technology, are very sensitive to drivers in our army. In the future work, we should adjust our mentality, correct problems from our own problems, so as not to leak problems and leave dead ends, improve our ideological understanding, keep a clear head, take no chances, study rules and regulations seriously, and respect rules and regulations and discipline. Don't drive too fast, don't drive a bully car, don't drive a motor vehicle after drinking, and don't drive without permission. Take "being a model of obeying rules and disciplines and establishing a good image of military vehicles" as the standard. Solve the outstanding contradiction of personal safety management, start with a qualified soldier, abide by the military system and rules and regulations, obey orders and commands, and show it again in terms of ideological style and discipline, so as to ensure that you can calm down in front of all kinds of tasks, so that all tasks can be carried out safely to the end, never complete tasks for the purpose of completing tasks, and resolutely improve the quality and efficiency of work.

Arriving on time and finishing on time will never affect the collective or unit for personal reasons. Strictly implement the one-day living system, wear military uniforms according to regulations on weekdays, and never mix them; Strengthen personal ideas, style, discipline, management, technology and so on, and put yourself in a correct position; Take an active part in group activities, go to bed as soon as possible after turning off the lights at night, and never let lack of sleep affect your work.
