4. What is qualitative evaluation and what is quantitative evaluation (pedagogy).
1. Qualitative evaluation: refers to making a qualitative conclusion directly to the appraisee according to the appraiser's observation and analysis of the appraisee's usual performance, realistic state or literature without using mathematical methods.
2. Qualitative evaluation method requires appraisers to have relevant knowledge and experience, while quantitative evaluation method needs a lot of safety data.
3. Simple qualitative analysis easily leads to superficial research, and the imperfection of relevant data makes it difficult to effectively apply and test the quantitative safety assessment method. Therefore, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods should be adopted for systematic analysis and evaluation, so as to make up for the shortcomings brought by pure qualitative analysis and pure quantitative analysis.
