Hoisting and moving the beam 3. 1 Precast beam is prefabricated in the beam-making area of the beam yard. When the concrete strength of the beam reaches the design strength, tensioning and grouting can be carried out before the beam can be moved and stored. 3.2 The hoisting equipment adopts two 80T gantry cranes, which are hoisted in the beam-making area and then moved to the beam storage area. 3.3 When lifting on the prefabricated base of T-beam, pay attention to that the wire rope should be straight and tidy when threading, and there should be no squeezing or bending, so as to avoid the wire rope being squeezed due to uneven stress. 3.4 Set special iron shoes at the contact between the bottom of the beam and the lifting rope to isolate the concrete at the bottom of the beam from the wire rope, so as not to crush the concrete or cut the wire rope. 3.5 The hanging beam shall be made of alternately twisted steel wire rope, and the safety factor of lifting steel wire rope shall reach 10 times. 3.6 After lifting for 20 ~ 30cm, check whether there are any abnormal changes in each part. After confirming that the situation is good and there are no obstacles and hanging objects, the lifting can be continued. The height difference between the front and back of the beam shall not exceed 2%, and the lifting point position shall not be greater than 1.0m from the beam end. 3.7 In case of abnormal phenomena such as kink, deformation, broken wire and corrosion, the wire rope shall be reduced or scrapped in time. Do a good job of drainage in the beam storage area to prevent the pedestal from sinking due to surface water scouring the beam storage area. 5. 1 The single-layer precast beam is transported from the beam-making area to the beam storage area by gantry crane and placed on the beam storage pedestal. The surveyors are required to preliminarily measure the top surface of the beam storage pedestal in advance, and the beam bottom is supported by wooden boards. When the beam is stored, the beam fulcrum is basically the same as the design beam fulcrum, so as to avoid the camber caused by too long hanging length. 5.2 Double-layer storage beam Double-layer storage beam has higher standard requirements for foundation treatment. In order to ensure the safety of double-layer stored beams, the beam yard should take the following measures to ensure the safety of beams. (1) Before saving beams, determine the order of saving beams according to the order of saving beams on the abutment. According to the actual number of single-layer beams stored in the beam yard, it is considered that the post-frame beam section should be prefabricated first and then the beam storage plan should be arranged. (2) After the storage beam of the first floor is placed stably, the drainage transverse slope (such as 2% transverse drainage slope) on the top surface of T-beam in bridge deck design shall be leveled with thin boards, and then the supporting blocks (pre-processed thick boards can be used, and the thickness shall ensure that the hanging rope can be freely taken out or penetrated; Precast reinforced concrete blocks can also be used; Do not use test blocks or stones with different thicknesses) to ensure that the center lines of the second floor beam and the lower floor beam coincide, and the cantilever lengths of the beam ends are the same. The surveyors are required to conduct preliminary survey on the supporting points of the planned double-layer storage beam in advance, and make records to ensure that the elevation difference of the lower existing beam on the same plane is less than 2mm. (3) Unified command requires the gantry driver to run at a constant speed under the command of the commander. When the T-beam falls on the support block with low speed, a slight load will be observed on the gantry. (4) During the first double-layer storage, after the beam is dropped, the surveyors are arranged to observe the supporting points of the stored beam again, and observe the compression of the bearing, foundation load, bearing deformation, foundation cracking and displacement, and so on.
