Education is a systematic project and school education is the main position of education. We should lay a good foundation for school education from the beginning of primary school. Our school is a central primary school with a history of 75 years. In the long-term practice of running a school, a series of excellent traditions and styles have been formed, with strict teaching style, solid student foundation and remarkable results in running a school. The school is famous for its high quality of education, with more than 10,000 alumni, successful studies and career, and serving the motherland.

The party's reform and opening-up policy has brought our school into a new historical development period, especially after the former State Education Commission issued the instruction that quality education must be implemented in basic education in the second half of 1988, the school entered a benign development track. The research achievement of this project was awarded the third prize of the 4th Shanghai Education and Scientific Research Achievement. From 1993 to 1995, as the second stage of development, we have constructed an overall reform framework for the comprehensive implementation of quality education, and carried out the exploration of the Shanghai educational research project "Study on the activity system of primary school students", which has been deeply studied from three sections: subject activities, extracurricular activities and leisure activities, so that the school has embarked on a steady development path and the quality of quality education for students has been significantly improved. The research results of this project were awarded as Shanghai. In the process of promoting quality education in stages, our school has simultaneously reformed the internal management system of the school, initially implemented the appointment system, post responsibility system, structural salary system and reward and punishment system, and optimized human resources; Take a number of measures to strengthen the construction of teachers, teachers' professional ethics have been effectively improved, and teachers' educational theory, teaching research, educational work and academic level have reached a new height; With the care and help of the bureau, the conditions for running schools have been fundamentally improved. The new school building in the north and the renovation of the school building in the south have made the school building reach the second-class standard in Shanghai, and the perfect educational facilities have made the school at the advanced level in the city.

On the basis of improving the quality of quality education in an all-round way, our school has gradually formed school-running characteristic projects such as computer, art education, chess, volleyball and "three models" production, and some projects have entered the advanced ranks of the whole country and the whole city.

However, we are also soberly aware that the social development in the 2 1 century has put forward new requirements for personnel training, and there are still some unsatisfactory places in the process of running a school, which requires us to reflect on the school-running behavior.
