On March 4th, 1982, academic degree evaluation committee, Department of Mathematics and Physics, China Academy of Sciences, approved the award of Dr. Ma Zhongqi's degree to the Institute of Advanced Studies. This is the first doctor trained in New China. On May 27th, 1983, the first doctorate conferring ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the People.

Process:

1on March 4th, 988, in order to meet the needs of the development of the situation at that time and better popularize the knowledge of modern physics, China Academy of Sciences approved that the popular science magazine High Energy Physics sponsored by High Energy Institute be renamed Modern Physics Knowledge. High Energy Physics 1976 1.9 was approved and published by China Academy of Sciences, and it was publicly distributed at home and abroad.
