The second batch of the Party's mass line education practice activities were carried out in organs at all levels below the provincial level and their directly affiliated units and grass-roots organizations, focusing on the leading organs, leading bodies and leading cadres in cities and counties, focusing on the educational practice activities of law enforcement and supervision departments, window units and service industries that directly contact and serve the masses, and focusing on the educational practice activities of grassroots organizations closely related to the masses such as towns, streets, villages and communities. It mainly includes: municipal (state) and county (city, district) organs and their directly affiliated units, enterprises and institutions, towns, streets and villages, communities, non-public economic organizations, social organizations and other grassroots organizations, some provincial enterprises, higher vocational colleges and medical institutions. The agencies and branches of each unit shall, in principle, carry out educational practice activities simultaneously according to the internal institutions.
