I. Training objectives

This major trains senior professionals who face the society and the future, develop morally, intellectually and physically in an all-round way and serve the economic construction. The specific requirements are:

1. Master Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, abide by the law, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and have good moral quality and academic accomplishment.

2. Master solid basic theories and systematic professional knowledge of enterprise management, and have the ability to independently engage in scientific research, teaching or actual management in the field of enterprise management.

3. Master a foreign language, and be able to skillfully use this foreign language to read foreign language materials of this major.

4. Have a healthy body and good psychological quality.

Second, the research direction

1. International enterprise management

The research direction of international enterprise management focuses on the theoretical research of enterprise internationalization and multinational company management, which mainly covers and synthesizes the core contents of international trade, international finance, international investment, international strategic management and functional management. The specific research contents mainly include: (1) the particularity, internal laws and principles of transnational business process under the interaction of different countries and social and cultural situations; (2) Analysis and decision-making methods in international business activities of enterprises; (3) Theoretical issues related to transnational operations and transnational corporations; (4) Study the international dimensions of the themes involved in core management functions such as strategic management, production operation and human resource management. On the basis of making students master the basic knowledge and new theoretical progress of international business management, this research direction focuses on cultivating students' international vision of business management and their ability to analyze and solve management problems in a complex and changeable international business environment.

2. Enterprise strategic management

This direction takes the evolution of enterprise strategy theory and strategic management process as the main line, and the specific research contents include: the change and development trend of strategic management theory, enterprise mission and prospect, enterprise business environment analysis, enterprise resource capability analysis and core competence cultivation, enterprise development strategy and the growth of China enterprises, enterprise competitive strategy, enterprise merger and reorganization, resource outsourcing, strategy implementation (organization, policy, culture, leadership) and so on. This study focuses on cultivating students' strategic concept, strategic thinking mode and method, and has the ability to analyze, formulate and implement strategies in a complex and dynamic environment.

3. Research on corporate governance

Mainly study modern enterprise system, modern enterprise organization theory and organizational structure change; Company organization form, enterprise group management system and governance mechanism, corporate governance related theories, corporate governance structure and mechanism, equity structure and shareholders' rights and interests in corporate governance, shareholders' meeting, operation of board of directors and board of supervisors, information disclosure, corporate model and corporate governance evaluation, corporate governance risk early warning, etc.

4. Research on enterprise organization and industrial organization

Industrial organization is not only an important field of modern economic theory research, but also the theoretical basis of enterprise strategy. It is a major feature of enterprise management specialty in our college to study the relationship between enterprise organization and industrial organization. The study of this research direction needs not only the relevant theoretical knowledge of management, but also a profound theoretical foundation of economics. In particular, the formulation of enterprise strategy needs to be based on profound industrial organization theory, and enterprises are always regarded as an integral part of industry, which is helpful to the implementation of enterprise strategy and enterprise organization and management decisions.

5. Sales management

Marketing is the knowledge of managing the market. With the background of economic globalization, based on the computer technology and network platform provided by the new economy, this direction applies modern marketing techniques and methods, summarizes the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign marketing activities, analyzes the ways for China enterprises to go global, explores the operating rules and innovative ideas of for-profit organizations, non-profit organizations and government agencies to analyze, control and occupy the market, and studies the marketing theories, strategies and tactics of various organizations, so as to provide theoretical and technical support for promoting the development of Chinese marketing.

6. Organizational behavior and human resource management

This direction mainly cultivates senior professionals in human resource management in enterprises, government agencies and institutions who meet the requirements of the development of knowledge economy, systematically master the advanced theoretical knowledge of organizational behavior and human resource development and management at home and abroad, master various empirical research methods, and are familiar with the specific operation and practice of human resource management. The main research fields in this direction are: organizational diagnosis and design, enterprise human resource strategy and planning, personnel quality evaluation and employee recruitment, comparative study of human resource management in international enterprises, performance management, salary design, employee flow management, employee training, development and career design.

Third, the length of schooling and the length of study.

The general postgraduate study period is three years. The first three semesters require full credits, and the last three semesters are mainly engaged in social practice and topic selection, topic opening, writing and defense of graduation thesis.

Excellent students can apply for graduation one year in advance, but they must meet the following three conditions:

1. The score of public English course is above 8 1; Other courses (including basic degree courses, professional degree courses and elective courses) must be above 86 points.

2. I have won at least one scholarship (including school and social scholarships) during my school years.

3. Published more than 2 papers (including 2 papers, each with at least 3,000 words) in public publications by the first author (the signature unit must be Shandong University).

Fourth, get the total score.

According to the principle of broad caliber and post-foundation, increase the courses set up according to the first-level disciplines; Make full use of high-quality educational resources inside and outside the school, encourage graduate students to carry out "three experiences" and promote the cooperative training of dual tutors.

The total credits shall not be less than 32 credits, including compulsory credits and elective credits.

4. Frontier lectures (including seminars) 2 credits

(1) The basic form of frontier lectures: Frontier lectures are designed to enable graduate students to have a basic understanding of the academic frontier issues in this discipline and research direction, and to improve their interest in participating in academic activities and their ability to engage in academic dialogue. Frontier lectures are taught alternately by teachers and master students, with discussion and dialogue as the main forms, and strive to be vivid, lively and diverse.

(2) Basic requirements and assessment methods: Each graduate student shall attend the frontier lectures for no less than 10 times, including no less than 2 lectures. The speaker is required to write a lecture, the content should be substantial, with unique experience and opinions, which can reflect the frontier dynamics of academic development in this discipline.

The assessment shall be graded according to five grades: excellent, good, medium, passing and failing, which shall be judged and graded by the steering group. Those who pass the exam will get 2 credits.

5. Five professional elective courses 10 credits

(Professional required course 1, 2 credits; Interdisciplinary compulsory course 1, 2 credits; Computer application, 2 credits; In addition, take 2 courses under the guidance of the tutor, with 4 credits)

6 Public elective courses for graduate students offered by the school include:

(1) Second foreign language for graduate students, 2 credits.

7. Master students with the same academic ability and cross-disciplinary admission must complete 2 undergraduate courses, and the results will be recorded in my file, regardless of credits.

8. Social practice, 1 credit

Graduate students must complete the corresponding social practice activities, including following their tutors to engage in social consultation and participate in social research activities. Social practice should be combined with professional study and employment. Social practice is generally carried out in the third academic year, and the time is not less than one month. The internship results are given by the tutor according to the comments of the internship unit and the comprehensive evaluation of the internship report.

Six, mid-term screening

Postgraduates implement a mid-term screening system. The specific measures shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the school.

Seven. Scientific research and papers

Master students in this major should spend at least one and a half years participating in scientific research and writing dissertations.

Under the guidance of the tutor, the master students completed the topic selection at the end of the third semester. The research topic should be scientific, innovative and feasible. Master students should submit their thesis writing plans during the screening in the fourth semester of Grade Three, and make opening reports to the steering group. After discussion, it is considered that the topic is suitable and the scheme is feasible before the paper can be formally written.

Every 3-5 months, master students are required to report the progress of the thesis within a certain range, with the participation of tutors, guidance groups and relevant personnel, to help master students analyze the difficulties in the progress of the thesis work, give timely guidance, and promote the smooth progress of the thesis research work.

Master students should fully report the progress and achievements of the thesis to the tutor and members of the guidance group 3-5 months before applying for thesis defense, solicit opinions extensively, and further revise and improve the thesis.

After the completion of the master's degree thesis, organize the review and defense of the master's degree thesis in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Granting of Master's and Doctor's Degrees in Shandong University.
