Is it illegal to connect with young institutions?
Legal analysis: It is not illegal for a young connecting organization to have relevant qualification documents and industrial and commercial approval. On the contrary, it is illegal to handle related business without relevant qualification and business license. Young connecting institutions do not belong to the regular national education sequence, nor are they normal kindergarten education stages. Its appearance is more a market behavior formed by the joint action and promotion of schools (mainly primary schools), parents and all sectors of society. Young bridging class is not a fixed name, but also preschool class, potential development class and other names, depending on the wishes of its founders.

Legal basis: Article 62 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If compulsory education is implemented in private schools organized by social organizations or individuals according to law, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Private Education Promotion Law; If there are no provisions in the Law on the Promotion of Private Education, this Law shall apply.
