The training course includes three parts: basic theory of archival work, special lectures on archival work and operational skills of archival arrangement.

After the expiration of the study period, those who pass the examination and assessment results will be awarded the archives post qualification training certificate uniformly printed by the National Archives Bureau as an important basis for the assessment and post employment of archives professionals.
