Balanced acceptance
I've been studying this all week. Take it in balance.

Before, I thought I didn't approve of the unification of standards, especially comparing good things with bad things for the sake of unification.

This time, for the sake of balanced admission, no demotion and ambitious goals, it should be the same as a first-class school.

The ideal is full and the reality is skinny.

First, time is tight. Although we talked about balanced acceptance a long time ago, we just prepared our own teaching routines. It took two weeks to start serious preparations. The school just changed its principal before. The former headmaster just shouted without taking any action. When the new headmaster took office, other schools were already in full swing. I heard that there is a school that has painted both inside and outside the campus because of this. Because the newly painted paint smells very strong, I have to stop classes for two days. After that, I prepared something. The students were either busy with this or that and didn't have a good class for a week.

When my old classmates complained to me, I really gloated and thought I could get away with it. Before long, our school also started. It's just a little late I always feel that one step is slow and the steps are slow. Everyone at school is in a hurry.

Second, the task is heavy. Although the sparrow is small, it has all aspects. There are more than 230 students in a township junior high school. There are many functional rooms to be prepared (this term still appears in this preparation), such as physics laboratory, instrument room, chemistry laboratory, instrument room, music room, sports equipment room, art room, library, reading room, biological instrument room and so on. You know, some of these used to be used only occasionally, almost as a decoration, and some did not exist at all. We must get it out this time. Not only must it look alike, but it must also be genuine.

When assigning tasks to teachers, everyone is the first two. I started to write last two weeks. Make up the experimental report for three years and the instrument borrowing registration for three years. Let the students finish writing, and the teacher will classify and file. This week, experimental instruments, medicines and books came back one after another, and the teacher began to clean up the function room again.

Teacher l is in charge of the biological instrument function room. She led the students to clean the glass, clean the cupboard and mop the floor first. After cleaning up, put the instruments and medicines in the cupboard. Thousands of instruments in several boxes were taken out one by one, labeled, registered, classified and put into cabinets. Before she started working, she kept yelling that the work was too heavy to do. When it really started, she was busy all morning. At lunch, she said that she had been busy and addicted to it, and now she is not even sleepy for lunch.

J was in charge of the library, which caused the student registration book to forget to eat dinner. The head teacher also leads the students, cleaning the glass and mopping the floor. Although they complained, their hands and feet went on. When they met, they didn't ask if they had eaten, but if they had finished eating, how much was left and how was the progress.

The third is the poor foundation. All function rooms are like this, and so is the campus environment. In recent years, the loss of students in township schools is serious. "The land is vast and the population is sparse", so it is more difficult to clean the campus. Usually cleaning only cleans the skin, and many dead ends are automatically ignored.

Not this time. Every inspection, environmental sanitation is the top priority. The school hired workers outside the school, painted the inside and outside of the school house and leveled some potholes. The smell of paint has been floating over the campus, and the ears are full of the sound of machines banging.

Students also take turns playing with big brooms and small brooms. Under the scorching sun, their arms kept waving, and the leaves, weeds and pieces of paper all returned to their original places, and the dust was flying. They completely ignored the face that had been stained by sweat and dust, and they just wanted to clean it up quickly.

Everyone is trying to prepare. The school has also changed its face. Just because of various reasons, some parts are rough. For example, those records, such as the newly renovated lawn that has not sprouted, such as the hastily built national flagpole base.

If you push too hard, your posture will be ugly. I always thought that pulling out the seedlings would encourage the seedlings to suffer. In fact, it is also very laborious to pull out seedlings.
