As for the rigid requirement of correcting homework objectives, Shandong is considered to have introduced the new policy earlier. 2065438+On April 25th, 2008, Shandong issued the "Implementation Plan of Special Action to Effectively Reduce the Extra-curricular Burden of Primary and Secondary School Students in Shandong Province", which clearly stated that correcting homework must be carried out by teachers and parents are not allowed to approve homework. This is also the first time that a province has made a clear announcement on teachers' correcting homework in the form of a document.
On September 30 of the same year, Shaanxi promulgated the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Homework in Compulsory Education Schools, stipulating that teachers should not ask parents to recognize the homework assigned by teachers or to correct their children's homework incorrectly, and should not assign parents to do or have to do poverty alleviation work. This year, the frequency of documents issued by new policies in various places has just begun to gather. The key to the requirements lies in not assigning homework to parents or letting parents criticize homework. Among them, on May 22 this year, Shaanxi Provincial Education Bureau and other nine units made a plan to reduce the burden on primary and secondary school students in Shanxi Province, and established that parents should not be assigned homework or entrusted with evaluation.
For example, the Liaoning Provincial Education Bureau expressly stipulates that all teachers who fail to personally approve their homework on time will be disqualified from job promotion and evaluation, and university leaders will be disqualified from evaluation. Similarly, Shandong Province and Anhui Province have also established that parents cannot be required to change their homework. Once the line is compacted, teachers, colleges and school leaders will revoke their qualifications for evaluation.
