When will the People's Education Law of China be implemented?
The Education Law of the People's Republic of China came into effect on 1 September 19951.

The general principles of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China are as follows:

Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution for the purpose of developing education, improving the quality of the whole nation and promoting the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.
