Cultivation education depends on practice, and Teacher Ye Shengtao attaches great importance to practice in habit formation. To have the ability to observe, you must observe with your heart; To have the ability to work, you must do it yourself; To have reading ability, you must really open the book and read it carefully; To have the ability to be a good citizen, we must conscientiously do everything that citizens should do, and let our "knowledge" gradually become our habit.

For a young teacher who has been engaged in music teaching for a long time, and it is from middle school music to first grade Chinese in primary school, this is zero, or even below zero. These twittering birds don't know much and won't do more. Every day after school, I have to mop the floor by myself, and I have to find a child who poops under the window at the back of the classroom and wipe his ass ... At that time, I once doubted the value and significance of a teacher and regretted it-how did I become a teacher in my life?

However, no matter how full of complaints, when I walked into the classroom and saw 40 pairs of innocent eyes, I told myself from my heart that I couldn't make fun of the "forty stamens", but I must devote myself to caring for it! The knowledge structure of senior one is simple, but at the same time, the behavior habit education of senior one is also the most important and complicated. The following is my exploration in educating people:

First, be good at discovering, praising and encouraging.

Sparrows are small and complete! Their sense of honor is particularly strong, and they are as competitive as adults in their bones. If they get a little praise from the teacher, they will be full of energy! I accurately identify their psychological characteristics, as long as I find a bright spot in a student, I will praise him in time. For example, students who listen carefully in class, students who raise their hands when they have questions, students who are fully prepared before class, students who do "two exercises" seriously ... and in the column "Strive to be a good boy of Honghua" in our class wall newspaper, Xiao Honghua is rewarded to encourage other students to learn from him or her, forming healthy and lively behavior habits to cultivate the educational atmosphere of our class.

Second, strict requirements and clear rewards and punishments.

Just encouraging is not enough. I severely punish students with bad habits without mercy. For example, a student who evades health duty is taken care of by a cadre on duty and punished for sweeping the floor for one day; Students who have bad hygiene habits and love littering will be punished for cleaning the sanitary wall of the corridor; If the homework is not finished on time, he will be fined to buy a new notebook and do it again; Students who don't do well in radio practice and are crazy will pull to the front of the team to see what the whole class does ... Although these disguised or non-disguised punishments are not very heavy, they can correct students' bad behavior habits in time.

Third, establish a system and form norms.

In addition to my previous work, I also discussed with Teacher Zhang of Class Two and drafted the Daily Code of Conduct for First-year Students. This code has ten detailed rules, emphasizing rhythm and rhyme, and it is catchy to read. We made a publicity board and hung it on the wall next to the blackboard, so that students can read it well and always remember the importance of developing good behavior habits.

Fourth, train class cadres to command freely.

By this semester, the daily affairs of many classes are managed by class cadres headed by Liang Zhu. At the beginning of school, I made a shift duty table and a health duty table for the class (1) and posted them next to the class schedule. Every day, the class cadres lead the students on health duty that day to complete the cleaning, so that I can only command easily in the background.

Five, special groups, find another way

The reform of the national education system has changed our school from the previous "school for workers' children" to a local school. From the beginning of our session, the number of students in the school has changed greatly. The student structure of the class is basically: the children of employees, the children of surrounding farmers and the children of migrant workers each account for one third. This is a rather complicated model. According to school statistics, there are 12 students in our class who can't go home for lunch, just buy something for lunch. There are so many children staying at school at noon that it is a problem that the door lock of my classroom is not locked. Lock! Those children are like tramps. The weather is fine. What should we do in the snowstorm? There is no lock! I often throw things in class, but I can't find the "murderer". Then there are their study habits. At least eight students will be praised by their teachers for suddenly finishing their homework one day. At first, I tried to correct their bad habits. I use the time after school to keep them, make up the homework that I didn't finish the day before, and patiently explain the counseling. Later, I found out that they just don't do it every day, because their parents can't read, and first-grade children, especially those who haven't been to kindergarten, can't finish their homework independently without reading. No matter how noble my professional ethics are, I can't sacrifice my unpaid work every day! There is no choice but to motivate class cadres and organize "one gang, one" activities. Each class cadre is responsible for an "underachiever", including teaching them to make up homework after class and correcting bad habits in time. So, here I really want to thank this group of sensible young cadres in our class! They shared a lot of work with me.

Of course, there are loopholes and deficiencies in the work! Let's just say that I let go too quickly and suddenly in giving full play to the role of class cadres. No matter how sensible they are, they are only children of 6 or 7 years old, and their consciousness and organizational ability have not reached the ideal state we expected. Results The physical examination this semester was not very good. I personally mopped the floor last semester, and now I leave it all to the class cadres for management. I don't think this is right. When students are cleaning, I should at least have a look at it every once in a while, which can not only improve students' labor efficiency, but also cultivate their labor enthusiasm and sense of accomplishment!

Not the best job, but better! These are my thoughts!
