Middle school students develop educational skills;

First of all, we should correct students' cognitive attitude and carry out internal motivation.

People's behavior is regulated by psychological activities such as cognition, emotion and will, which constitute people's overall attitude, and the overall attitude largely determines people's choice of external influence and the direction of people's behavior. Therefore, let students understand the truth of developing good behavior habits, which is to promote students to correctly understand the behavior norms, get the correct emotional experience, form the behavior intention that conforms to the norms, and then achieve the purpose of correcting behavior attitudes and generating good behavior motives. In the process of education and teaching, in order to make students understand, our school uses collective teams, class meetings, blackboard newspapers, publicity columns and so on. And through continuous publicity and education, students gradually understand the importance of developing good behavior habits and have positive psychological motivation, so as to consciously cooperate with the development of school education.

Second, establish a practical goal system of formative education.

Because the establishment of a suitable target system can not only arouse people's enthusiasm, but also make the training and education work scientific and standardized. Therefore, in order to do a good job in training education in our school, we have formulated a complete set of target systems, namely, vertical target system, horizontal target system and staggered target system.

The vertical goal system puts forward different goal requirements according to the characteristics of junior high school students in grades 7, 8 and 9. At the same time, according to the characteristics and educational objectives of students at different stages, the educational methods at different stages are established. Only in this way can we achieve the effect of interlocking and advancing layer by layer.

The horizontal goal system is to divide the content of the Daily Behavior Standard for Middle School Students into five educational blocks: moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, which are implemented in blocks and combined into a whole.

Cross-objective system is to establish the goal of cultivating education in academic activities and educational activities, school activities and family social activities, which complement each other and penetrate each other to ensure the full development of educational activities.

Third, set up demonstration classes and students.

In the process of implementation, we set up demonstration classes at different target levels according to the phased characteristics of the target, and other classes sent student representatives to the demonstration classes to observe and study, and returned to the class to demonstrate according to the training requirements, so that all students could set an example and catch up with the target. This point-to-area approach has actively promoted the process of cultivating education.

Fourth, to cultivate students' education, we should understand with reason, move with emotion and guide with action.

Cultivating students is the most important link. To this end, we have strengthened students' behavior training and urged students to form good behavior norms. In intensive training, we adopted three training methods:

First, the training of "norms of daily behavior of middle school students" should be incorporated into the teaching of various disciplines. In classroom teaching, we should combine imparting knowledge with cultivating good study habits and work habits.

The second is to cultivate the daily behavior norms of middle school students in social and family education. We have closely combined students' cultivation education with social education and family education, carried out students' social practice activities for many times, established family contact cards, and formulated Good Parents Regulations, Students' Family Social Behavior Evaluation Form and Students' Growth Archives, so that students' behavior habits can be strictly supervised and cultivated in the family and society.

5. Evaluate the students' behavior results by using the Code of Daily Behavior for Middle School Students, and give feedback and encouragement.

Feedback is divided into positive feedback and negative feedback. Positive feedback is an evaluation of good behavior. It gives students encouragement and confidence, thus generating new behavioral motives and strengthening their functions; Negative feedback is an evaluation of bad behavior, which can adjust and control the operation process of formative education, make it conform to the requirements of the "Code of Daily Behavior for Middle School Students" and has a corrective effect. In the specific operation process, students are evaluated according to their characteristics, with "goose" for discipline, "rooster" for past time, "bee" for diligence, "little white dove" for hygiene, "spring breeze" for helpfulness and so on. At the same time, the evaluation platform of "Little Magpie" and "Little Hedgehog" is set up to give negative feedback, and the bad typical cases among students are evaluated one by one from time to time, so that every student can be exposed to collective public opinion. This method of combining positive feedback encourages students to generate new behavior motives, and makes the behavior route go round and round, and students' good behavior habits are consolidated and developed to a higher level.

"Rome wasn't built in a day", the cultivation education of students is a long-term, complex and arduous task, but as long as we establish clear goals, formulate practical plans and adopt effective ways and means, "I insist on pine trees and don't relax", the cultivation education of students will certainly achieve results.
