The clinical medicine specialty in higher vocational colleges is controlled by the Ministry of Education. The successful establishment of clinical medicine specialty in higher vocational colleges in our hospital has opened up a new era of medical education in Leshan, which is a major breakthrough and milestone in running medical specialty in our hospital. It is of great significance to solve the shortage of medical talents in primary medical institutions and promote the development of primary medical and health undertakings in Leshan and surrounding cities (States).
Promote the integration of medical education and collaborative education. Cooperate closely with regional medical and health institutions to cultivate talents, and form a talent training model of "integration of colleges and universities, integration of learning and teaching, and practical education". Establish a platform for medical education integration and cooperation, and set up a medical education alliance on October 8, including Leshan Vocational and Technical College, Leshan People's Hospital, Leshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Leshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Sichuan Armed Police Corps Hospital, Sichuan Modern Hospital, Meishan Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Hospital, Leshan Central District People's Hospital, Qianwei County People's Hospital, Mabian Yi Autonomous County People's Hospital, Ebian Yi Autonomous County People's Hospital and Emei Stomatological Hospital. There are 70 off-campus practice bases, including Huaxi Hospital, West China Stomatological Hospital of Sichuan University, Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Chinese People's Liberation Army Western Theater General Hospital, Leshan People's Hospital, Sichuan Armed Police Corps Hospital, Tianjin No.1 Central Hospital and Chongqing People's Hospital, which realize the linkage between practice and employment. On 20/0/4, the Fourth People's Hospital of Leshan City was transferred to the college as a whole and became the affiliated hospital of Leshan Vocational and Technical College. On 20/0/9, it was awarded the National Medical Clinical Productive Training Base.
The medical department takes the construction project of college teachers as the starting point, introduces foreign teachers and trains them internally, and strives to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and optimize the teaching team structure. At present, there are 97 full-time teachers in specialized courses, including 6 professors, chief physicians/kloc-0, 30 associate professors and deputy chief physicians, 2 doctors and 62 graduate students, and the proportion of double-qualified teachers is over 90%. There are 2 outstanding teachers in China, 7 academic and technical leaders in Leshan, 4 reserve candidates for academic and technical leaders in Leshan, and 2 technical experts in Leshan/kloc-0. More than 60 part-time teachers have been employed in the industry, and more than 20 teachers have entered the hospital to carry out medical services, realizing the two-way flow of teaching and clinic.

According to the clinical workflow and the real environment, the campus training base will be built. At present, there are 2 professional training buildings, professional training room 1 10, and experimental (training) room covers an area of12,000 square meters, including basic medical training area, clinical training area, traditional Chinese medicine training area and rehabilitation skills training area, so as to ensure that the opening rate of experimental training reaches 100.
The college will further increase the investment in the school-running funds of the Medical Department, and strengthen the cooperation between doctors and teachers, team building, professional course construction and training base construction.
Under the leadership of the Party and Government of the College and under the guidance of the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Training Clinical Medical Talents (Teaching and Research [2065438+04] No.2) of the Ministry of Education and other six departments, the Medical Department will forge ahead, strengthen the construction of school conditions, strengthen the cooperation of doctors, deepen the teaching reform, accurately locate the training objectives of talents, closely meet the capacity needs of primary health posts, and optimize the curriculum.
