Those who are expelled can consult with the school first. Students who seriously violate the school rules and regulations can be sent to the reform school for correction. If negotiation fails, it can be reported to the administrative department of education, and if necessary, it can bring a lawsuit to the person where the school is located.
For students suspected of criminal offences, the school has the right to insure their school status. If you are dissatisfied with the school's decision on handling or punishment, you can submit a written complaint to the school student complaint handling Committee within 10 days from the date of receiving the school's decision on handling or punishment. If you have any objection to the review decision, you can submit a written complaint to the provincial education administrative department where the school is located within 15 days from the date of receiving the school review decision.
2. Being expelled from school after compulsory education.
Ordering to drop out of school and expel from school is the most severe punishment for students who have made serious mistakes in politics, moral quality and organizational discipline or violated the criminal law. If expelled, it should be reported to the Education Bureau for the record, and the Academic Affairs Office will make a reasonable choice according to the contents of the report.
Those who are expelled can appeal to the school and the education department under the school, or bring a lawsuit to the court. If there is a real fault or violation of school rules and relevant regulations, the appeal is unlikely to succeed.
