The first is to change roles. Party member cadres, especially leading cadres, should change their roles ideologically, change their lofty ideological solid state, truly put the role of waiters in their hearts, put down their airs, truly treat the masses as parents, and better carry out the Party's mass line education and practice activities.
The second is to put it in. Party member cadres should not be afraid of difficulties, lose face, lose authority, avoid the important and neglect the important, treat the masses as teachers and students, actively discover their own shortcomings, learn from them, and dare to operate on themselves. Only in this way can they be really kind to themselves and truly benefit the masses.
The third is long-term. Nothing can happen overnight, and educational practice can't be a gust of wind or a shower. Party member cadres must adhere to the practice of mass line education for a long time, so as to truly understand the masses, what they think and need, whether the Party's policies are appropriate and in line with local conditions, whether the Party's policies are in place and their real lives.
