1. Monthly minimum wage: 2280 yuan for the first category, 2070 yuan for the second category and 1840 yuan for the third category.

2. Minimum wage standard for part-time working hours: 22 yuan in category I, 20 yuan in category II and 18 yuan in category III.

Under the condition that the laborer provides normal labor, the wages paid by the employer to the laborer shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the internship students and the labor remuneration of the work-study students shall be paid by the hour, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours. If the employer violates the minimum wage payment regulations, the employee may complain and report to the human resources and social security departments, or apply for mediation, arbitration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
