How do grass-roots party organizations in primary and secondary schools do a good job in party building around the education and teaching center? Our party building work should always focus on education and teaching, firmly establish the guiding ideology of party building with education and teaching as the first priority, correctly handle the relationship between party building work and administrative work, and do a good job in service guarantee. Four points must be clarified here: 1. It should be clear that the objectives and tasks of education are consistent with those of party building work. School is a place to train people. Improving the quality of education and teaching and cultivating talents are the goals and tasks of education. How to achieve this goal and task? Administrative leaders should attach importance to it, because this is the main responsibility of administrative leaders. The leadership of the party should also pay attention to it, because the ultimate goal of party building in schools is to achieve the goals and tasks of education. Therefore, strengthening the party building in schools is the premise and key to ensure the smooth realization of education and teaching objectives and tasks. 2. It is necessary to clarify the position and role of party building in the central work. The work of the party is, in the final analysis, the work of being a man. The hardest thing in the world is to be a man. It is really not easy to unify people's thoughts, unite people's hearts and move towards a goal. In the period of in-depth development of education reform, we must face up to the difficulties, give full play to the advantages of party organizations, strengthen the education management of faculty and staff, and carry out in-depth and meticulous ideological work, so that everyone can think in one place and work hard in one place, and jointly contribute wisdom and spiritual motivation to the development of education. 3. It should be clear that the vitality and vigor of party building work are embodied in the working platform of the education and teaching center. Party building work is not empty. Otherwise, party building and teaching will become "two skins". Then, how can the party building work be pragmatic and serve innovation? How to prevent and overcome the phenomenon of "two skins"? First of all, in the guiding ideology of party building work, we should be pragmatic and serve innovation. Different departments, different goals and different tasks determine different guiding ideology. What is the purpose of party building in the education system? What's the mission? As a grass-roots party organization, we must be aware of this and conscientiously do a good job in party building under the guidance of this idea. So what guiding ideology should we establish? Simply put, it is necessary to strengthen and improve the party building work closely around the education and teaching center, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the sound and rapid development of school education and the construction of "harmonious education". Secondly, in the content of party building work, we should be pragmatic and serve innovation. There are many contents of party building, from a broad perspective, including organization, propaganda, discipline inspection, United front, workers, young women and so on. All these tasks have their inherent laws and requirements, which need to be done seriously. However, we should also combine the characteristics of education in our work, so that the party building work can be closely combined with the objectives and tasks of education and teaching. The development of party member should adhere to the principle of leaning to the front line of teaching, pay equal attention to teachers' morality and ability, and pay special attention to attracting outstanding backbone teachers, academic leaders and front-line teachers with outstanding achievements to join the Party, and give priority to the evaluation. In addition, to organize various activities in party member, we should try our best to combine the teaching practice and pay attention to the vanguard and exemplary role of party member teachers in education, teaching and moral construction. As long as you are willing, the party building work can be closely combined with all the work in the school, infiltrating, interacting and promoting each other. Third, innovate the methods of party building in a pragmatic way. Sometimes we also hear some complaints, such as too many meetings, too many documents, too many notices, too many inspections, too many evaluations, and people are very tired, but there is no result. This shows that there are still formalism and utilitarianism in our working methods, and we don't pay attention to actual results. To solve these problems, first, we should correct the guiding ideology of the work and highlight the pertinence and effectiveness of the work; Second, we should pay attention to in-depth investigation and study, see the essence through the phenomenon, and then prescribe the right medicine; Third, we should not only pay attention to the process, but also pay attention to the results.
