Introduction of Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College Yongzhou Vocational and Technical School was approved by the Ministry of Education and put on record by Hunan Provincial People's Government in July 2000. It was formed by the merger and upgrading of Lingling Health School and Lingling Agricultural School. In order to integrate Yongzhou's educational resources, in June 2003, with the approval of Hunan Provincial People's Government, Lingling Commercial School, Lingling Normal School and Lingling Technical School merged.
