Responsibilities of Jilin Provincial Education Examinations Institute

1, General Department: responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the daily work of the Education Examinations Institute, the organization and arrangement of the dean's office meeting and the supervision of the matters agreed at the meeting; Responsible for personnel, labor, secretarial, financial, publicity, party and mass, discipline inspection, letters and visits; Responsible for logistics management and safety.

2. Postgraduate Admissions Examination Department: responsible for formulating the postgraduate examination work plan and compiling the enrollment source plan; Responsible for organizing candidates' registration, examination, marking and admission; Responsible for the enrollment of special examinations such as special post teachers.

3. Higher Education Admissions Examination Department: responsible for formulating the enrollment work plan for undergraduate and specialist (higher vocational) examinations in ordinary colleges and universities; Responsible for the preparation of enrollment source plan; Responsible for organizing candidates' registration, physical examination, political examination, examination, marking and admission; Responsible for art, sports, independent enrollment, student walks, military school enrollment and counterpart entrance examination enrollment.
