1. Open the Start, Control Panel, System, Security and Management Tools, double-click the service, right-click the Distributed Transaction Coordinator, select Properties, press Start, and change to Automatic.

Click Start, Programs, MicrosoftSQLServer2008R2, Reconfiguration Tool, and SQLServer Configuration Manager, click SQLServer Services in the list on the left, and right-click SQLServer(SQLEXPRESS) on the right to start.
