How to establish an incentive mechanism for kindergarten teachers
Everyone has different needs in the process of life development, and these needs will change with time and other factors. Demand affects the direction and way of human behavior. As a teacher engaged in early childhood education, it is no exception. Crayton from Yale University? Alderfer put forward a new theory of humanistic needs. Alderfer believes that people have three core needs, namely, existence needs, relevance needs and growth needs, so this theory is called ERG theory. Survival needs are related to people's basic material survival needs, including Maslow's physiological and security needs. The second need is the need for mutual relations, that is, people's requirements for maintaining important interpersonal relationships. Finally, Alderfer separates the needs of growth and development, which shows the individual's inherent desire for development. ERG theory does not think that the demand level of preparation is a rigid structure. For example, even if a person's needs for survival and interrelation are not fully met, he can still work for the needs of growth and development, and these three needs can work at the same time.

According to everyone's different needs, build a suitable incentive mechanism. However, the shortcomings of the incentive mechanism for preschool teachers are mainly reflected in the following three aspects: insufficient material incentives, lack of scientific and reasonable assessment, and it is difficult to effectively combine material incentives with long-term incentives. Through a sample survey of 200 kindergarten teachers in 20 kindergartens in 6 districts and counties of Chongqing, the data show that 30.8% of kindergarten teachers are basically satisfied with their income, 67.7% are dissatisfied or very satisfied, of which only 0.5% are satisfied and 20% are very dissatisfied. It can be seen that although the salary income of preschool teachers in China has generally increased in recent years, preschool teachers are still dissatisfied with their overall income, and there is still a clear gap between the income level and teachers' expectations.
