Hohhot No.1 Middle School is a provincial key middle school and a model high school for ordinary middle schools. Hohhot No.1 Middle School, formerly known as Gu Feng Academy, was founded in 1885. After Suiyuan Provincial No.1 Middle School was established, 1954 was named Hohhot No.1 Middle School.
