Organization and management of the project

Target task

Training contents and methods

The training contents mainly include laws, regulations and basic knowledge of national common language, knowledge of Chinese Pinyin and its teaching methods, skills training of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Putonghua, knowledge and skills related to national common language test, teaching methods and skills of Putonghua, and knowledge and skills of reading China classical poems.

Training courses are still entrusted to the relevant provinces (regions) to be held nearby, and all localities can run classes in the provincial capital or send people to cities for training according to the actual situation. All provinces (autonomous regions) should send teachers and managers with excellent ideas, exquisite skills and strong sense of responsibility to undertake training and management tasks. The specific organizational form of the training course should be the combination of centralized classroom teaching, training and after-school counseling training, and the combination of centralized teaching and multi-point training to train students from multiple angles and directions.

Training objects and conditions

All provinces (autonomous regions) co-ordinate local training tasks and plans. This training is mainly aimed at areas where ethnic minorities are concentrated, mainly minority bilingual teachers with weak Putonghua teaching level, especially front-line teachers in remote rural areas. The age of teachers participating in the training shall not exceed 45 in principle.

Training organization and management

Appropriation and use of funds

The original channel of training funds remains unchanged. Special funds are provided by the Ministry of Education, and all provinces (autonomous regions) need corresponding funds, and no additional training fees may be charged to students.

Provinces (autonomous regions) provide training budget reports to the Department of Pragmatics according to the training tasks undertaken, and the training funds will be allocated in one lump sum after being audited by the Department of Pragmatics. All funds are kept in the training unit for future reference together with the original documents. All provinces (autonomous regions) conscientiously sum up the training work and report it to our department for the record, so as to facilitate the training management and training effect evaluation in the future.

Related requirements

2.
