Advantages: institutionalization, organization, high teaching efficiency and good quality.

Disadvantages: High organization hinders people's autonomous learning, stifles curiosity and intensifies social stratification.

? School education: purposeful, planned, organized and systematic education implemented by school professionals.

? Social education: a wide range of production and life education based on society.
