Because General Secretary Hu Jintao always asks the fire brigade to carry forward the spirit of "loyalty, reliability, serving the people and dedication" in their daily life, the corruption problem in the fire brigade has been alleviated and controlled, but there are still some black sheep who commit crimes against the wind. Since I joined the army for ten years, the integrity system has been continuously improved in the fire brigade. Personally, I think we should implement methods such as grade control, rule restriction, curbing corruption, and harmony between the police and the people to improve grassroots cadres' own clean government construction. Based on the rules and regulations, this paper decomposes the grass-roots cadres of fire forces into their own clean government and anti-corruption.
First of all, analyze the causes of corruption and bribery of grassroots cadres at present.
(A) cautious foreign exchanges, bribery breeds.
The fire brigade is a professional fire fighting and rescue team that escorts local economic construction. The fire brigade is different from the China People's Liberation Army and the police, and its main characteristics are: the duality of the leadership system. The cadres of grass-roots squadrons, especially the top leaders, hold important decision-making power such as examination, driving training, promotion of squadron backbone and replacement of soldiers. The ranks of grass-roots squadrons have been growing, and the logistics working group has established a support team and established rules and regulations in accordance with management requirements. As an active public security armed force under the leadership of the Party, the fire fighting forces should also actively build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people, which is not only the inevitable requirement of the nature and purpose of the army, but also the foundation and guarantee for the long-term development of fire fighting work. A good and harmonious relationship between the police and the people is of great practical significance for strengthening the functions of fire fighting forces, enhancing social awareness and promoting social harmony and stability. For a long time, the vast number of fire officers and soldiers have been brave and good at fighting. With their blood, sweat and even their lives, they have established close ties and deep feelings between the police and the people, and the foundation of the relationship between the police and the people is quite solid.
