Tianjin open university is a new type of university directly under the People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC). Supported by modern information technology, it has a three-dimensional school-running network covering urban and rural areas throughout the country, with equal emphasis on academic education and non-academic education, and is open to all members of society.
